Once ordered, Violet's Box may take up to 2 working days to process your order, unless you require next day delivery in which case it will despatched the same day if ordered before 3pm.
If your order is out of stock we will inform you before checking whether you would like the product sent once it has come in or whether you would prefer to be refunded. If you have ordered multiple items yet one is out of stock, we may decide to send you your first shipment and send the second once the product has come into stock. We will however only charge you one carriage.
Standard: Next Day Delivery: £6.85 if ordered by 3pm weekdays.
Saturday: Next Day with Saturday Guaranteed: £11.40 if ordered by 3pm weekdays.
Saver: Within 3-5 working days: £5.90 or FREE if you spend over £150.
Delivery to Europe with Airsure Tracked & Traced takes between 2-4 days after posting to Europe.
Delivery to the rest of the world takes between 2 and 6 days after posting to the rest of the world.

Returns Policy For Product Purchases (HIRE ITEMS not included)
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return them to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, providing they are unused, unworn and in a resalable condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt date (UK customers); 21 days of invoice date (Europe excluding UK); 28 days of invoice date (Rest of the World).
- Returns received outside of the timeframe will be considered for a credit note only and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Delivery and gift box charges are not eligible for refund.
- If you cancel your order within 7 days after the day you receive your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage you paid, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage charges if you cancel after the 7 days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.
- All items must be returned in unused and saleable condition with original tags attached. Please note: should you wish to return underwear please ensure this has been tried on over clothing and still has the hygiene strip in place. In the interest of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund any pierced jewellery unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to refuse items if they have been worn.
- The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning items.
- We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office by using Royal Mail Registered Post or similar as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us.
- If you are returning a present we have to refund the person who paid for it. We are happy to exchange your gift but we will also have to inform the original purchaser.

Returns Policy For Hired Items
- Hired items must be returned within 3 working days of delivery either in the FREE returns package included in the rental package, by alternative postage or by hand to the studio. NB: Proof of postage is advised to ensure insurance cover of the item(s). If proof of postage is not sought, liability lies with the poster.
- If you lose your FREE returns postage package, our 3-day returns policy still applies.
- If you do not return the items within the allocated time, Violet's box reserves the right to charge £10 per day, each day the items are not returned.
- If after 4 days of the contractual date, the item(s) are unreturned, Violet's Box reserves the right to charge the full depost amount authorised by the customer at check-out.

Under the distance selling relations, you are entitled to cancel any order up to and including 7 days after the day of delivery for any reason, and receive and full refund.

You will receive confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends or bank holidays).
